I arrived late Monday night by ambulance to Huntsman...and taken away for test and questions late into the night. I have seen about a dozen specialists over these past days. Today is my 5th day of chemo. I am taking at least 1-unit of platelets, daily. I am still working on when to sleep with so many tests during various times of the day and night. This is a work in progress. They are working on putting my system into remission and then doing a bone morrow donor search. If a donor is found and I'm in remission... then the stem cell transplant will have a greater chance of success.

Jerry, I love you bro'... so much. What can I do? Can I be the donor? Why haven't you found one yet?! Is it that difficult? These one-way conversations are not quite fulfilling... so I'm leaving it at "I LUV U"

Oh it wonderful to see when you are the one doing the posting. That means that you are feeling good. Hooray! Sounds like you are staying very busy. I can't help but feel that all of this is going so much smoother than the first time that you attempted this process. Must be God's plan!! Love and hugs,
Stacey
Hi Whit,
Back in Rwanda, following you closely from here so no causing too much trouble while I am on the road again! Seriously, stay strong and I'll see you when I get back.
Always,
Hutch
Hi old Buddy
We are happy to see you are still in the game and giving it your all. You are a hell of a man, and I think you will get the upper hand soon.
We are in Cripple Creek this week and God is not answering my prayers for the slots, so I won't count on him for you at this time LOL ... So good luck buddy, we love you.

The blog-Your family has been great at keeping it updated but it was a delight to see that u had updated it yourself. I say prayers daily for you and the success of your treatment. Stay strong, enjoy the love and family that you have and keep working on a better sleep pattern. I never understood why they think u can sleep well-with all the tests & people. However - do your best and those who know you - will know it is enough. I hope a donor will come along soon and u will be done with this phase of your life and the family can move on. Stay positive and strong - we luv ya!! Rox
